The 29-year-old US singer was the headline act at last weekend's Glastonbury music festival, and her head of bouncy long curls matched her energetic performance perfectly.

Despite favouring a full-on look for the show, the songstress often prefers to keep things simpler with regards to her locks. She thinks a simple ponytail can be one of the most stylish looks, and is easy to create.

"Having your hair off your face creates a nice, clean look," she told the British edition of In Style.

Beyonc added that she often seeks beauty tips from fashion-forward younger sister Solange, 25. The star admits her sibling, who is also a successful recording artist and actress, often beats her to getting hold of the latest products.

"Of course we share beauty products! Solange always has some must-have eyeshadow or nail polish," she smiled. (C) Cover Media
