Selena Gomez has given Justin Bieber's new collaboration with Taylor Swift the thumbs up.

Details of the new track have been kept under wraps but Justin's girlfriend Selena has been given a sneak peak. She is proud of her boyfriend's latest work.

"It's beautiful," she told E! Online. "I don't know if it's going to make it on the record, but it is beautiful."

The singer is currently putting her music career on hold as she concentrates on making moves. She stars alongside James Franco in Spring Breakers, a movie about four college girls who are sent to prison after robbing a restaurant to fund their vacation.

A video of James singing Selena's hit song Love You Like a Love Song while filming the movie recently went viral.

"I loved it," Gomez said. "It was so good. What people don't know is that he was very much in character when he was doing it. I thought it was hysterical."

The song is also featured in an upcoming episode of Glee. Selena was over the moon when one of the stars of the show told her Lea Michele was singing the track.

"I didn't even know and my label didn't even know it was happening," she said. "Cory Monteith texted me a video of someone singing it and I was like, 'Wait, that's Lea!" I asked him if they were on set and he sent me back a smiley face. So that's how we found out."

Selena is set to begin filming action movie The Getaway with Ethan Hawke in Bulgaria. She will be away for about six weeks.

"It's all car-chasing," she said. "Luckily, I'm not driving, but there's a lot of throwing around and cars flipping."
