Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has been lying low on the professional front as he recently underwent major surgeries to treat his ailing abdomen. It has been more than two months that the superstar has been on a leave, nursing his health hazard. But the millennium star is slowly and steadily getting back to action and how!!! 

The actor has been one of those few superstars who has been signed to mark the beginning of the latest season of the Indian Premiere League. While other stars would be performing, Big B has been signed to recite an encouraging poetry for the players wishing them luck for their upcoming season. 

The opening ceremony is to be held in Chennai this year and Big B got nostalgic by visiting the city where he revealed he has shot for several films in the span of his career. He will be reading out a special poem which has been penned by Prasoon Joshi and composed by Raju Singh.
