Our most famous and popular star Amitabh Bachchan recently put the Bihar police in a tough spot. The actor threatened to take legal action against them for using his photographs for public awareness without his consent.

An upset Amitabh wrote on his microblogging page, "Just read news about my photograph being used by Bihar Police ..this is illegal, no consent taken or given, lawyers in action now .."

Apparently, the district's S.P, Umashankar Sudhanshu and people part of the police programme 'Adhaura 30' were the brains behind this. The idea was used after they saw a promotional campaign of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati', which had Big B's picture alongwith a poem on it.

The poster with his photograph was used in the Naxal-affected area of Kaimur to urge the youth to join the police, stating that it was better to wear a police uniform than to follow the Maoist path of violence.

Unfortunately, this good act didn't go down well with the actor.
