After keeping a low profile post her ugly break up, for over a year, Bipasha Basu is back to her best. The actress, who is on a signing spree, has apparently signed Shyam Benegal’s next. Bipasha who will be next seen in ‘Players’, has also signed ‘Raaz 3’ and ‘Shaadi Fast Forward’ with R Madhavan, for which she is currently shooting.

However, apart from doing the aforementioned commercial and masala flicks, the dusky beauty has bagged a coveted film in the form of Shyam Benegal’s next. The film is touted to be on the lines of Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’ and Milan Luthria’s ‘The Dirty Picture’ that deals with the tough journey of an actress in the world of glamour.

Though both Madhur and Milan have their own stands, Shyam too will showcase the film and the so-called traumatic journey of a female star in his own signature style. The film is slated to go on the floors in October, as currently Shyam is on the look out for two male leads.
