(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Orlando Bloom's co-star once ruined the hunk's romantic evening after suffering from food poisoning.

Before the British actor met his now-wife, model Miranda Kerr, he enjoyed the dating scene. During a holiday to Thailand with his Lord of the Rings co-stars Billy Boyd and Dominic Monaghan, Orlando met a beautiful woman and invited her back to his hotel. While the pair were getting to know each other, Billy and Dominic decided to do some sightseeing and sample the local cuisine.

However, Dominic has revealed Billy felt unwell after eating a spicy seafood dish so he rushed back to the hotel room he was sharing with Orlando.

"We decided to rent a kayak for the day and go paddling over to this island with a restaurant on it," Dominic laughingly explained at Comic-Con in San Diego. "There's this dish which is raw shrimp in chilli oil, super hot, so we order it.

"He got the sh*ts as soon as we got back on the boat. He ran to his room when we returned to the hotel. Billy puts the key in the door, runs into the toilet and is like: 'Arghhh, oohhh, eurgghhh.'
