Bradley Cooper admits Gosling should have won Sexiest Man'

5th December 2011

Bradley Cooper had admitted that Ryan Gosling should have been voted People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive this year.

The Hangover star made the top of the list of the annual poll but subsequently faced a backlash from fans who thought it should have gone to The Notebook star instead.

Speaking on The Graham Norton Show over the weekend, Bradley addressed the controversy over which Hollywood hunk was more deserved of the honour.

"There was such a backlash to when they announced it and Ryan Gosling, who I love and I just did a movie with him he's the greatest," Bradley gushed.

The A-Team star said that a friend sent him a link to a website comparing paparazzi pictures of the two of them and admits that there was a distinct difference in their styles.

"When I say friend, I mean me, alone in my room, looking at the computer," Bradley laughed.

"And it's like him walking around and he literally looks like he's in a photoshoot, like just came off the runway.

"And there's ones of me, and I literally look like the neighbour who never really comes out of his house, and when he does, you're like, Maybe you should just stay in. We don't know what he does in there!' So it's been interesting."

Bradley claims that it is "the worst" coming to terms with his new title but that he doesn't put much emphasis on it.

"I'm finally at an age I'm 36 years old where I really don't care about anything like that anymore," she stated. "Which is a wonderful thing and then this happened and then I started to realise just how not sexy I am."

"I have a lot of moments where [I'm] walking out and I'll open up the door and think to myself, I could do that a lot sexier,'" he laughed.
