(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Cameron Diaz has an "allowed list" of people she can sleep with.

The American actress is widely regarded as one of the sexiest women in Hollywood and isn't short of male and female admirers alike.

The stunning star has revealed that she's sometimes approached by women who say their husband's have included her on their list of celebrities they are "allowed" to sleep with.

Cameron says she's often baffled by the women's forthcoming attitude.

"I've been told by women I'm on their husband's list and they wish their husband was there so they could they say, He's really handsome, you'd love him.' It's like, Really? You'd want to pawn him off on me? Awesome!'" she quipped in an interview with BBC Radio 1. "I do have an allowed list, yes."

Cameron is known for her love of comedy films, after starring in a host of funny movies including There's Something About Mary and My Best Friend's Wedding. The blonde beauty, who is currently starring in comedy film Bad Teacher alongside Justin Timberlake, doesn't understand why men should be put off by funny women.

"I've heard [that mean are intimidated by funny women] a couple of times. Mostly from English men, which is weird. If a man is intimidated by a woman with a sense of humour, then he probably doesn't have one. And who wants to hang out with that guy?" she quipped.

Cameron plays foul-mouthed, money-grabbing Elizabeth Halsey in Bad Teacher. The star was thrilled to land such an "uncensored" role.

"I'm willing to have fun with a character. It was 1,000 per cent appealing to me. I got to play a character who was completely uncensored and she doesn't apologise for it! She says it with no charisma and drops a stone on your head," she explained in an interview with BBC Breakfast. (C) Cover Media
