Cameron Diaz reveals teacher battle

14th June 2011

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Cameron Diaz has joked she went "crazy" and embarked on a "hair pulling" war with a school teacher when she was younger.

The Hollywood actress is currently starring in upcoming comedy movie Bad Teacher opposite Justin Timberlake.

The blonde beauty portrays a foul-mouthed teacher Elizabeth Halsey who, after being dumped by her sugar daddy, tried to woo her colleague, who is played by Justin.

Cameron says she had her fair share of dilemmas when she was going through high school.

"Yeah, I had some bad teachers. I had a bad teacher who for some reason really disliked me and I had no idea why, because I tried so hard to please her," she explained in an interview with OK! magazine. "Then one day she just really p**sed me off, and that was it, it was over. It was like, war, crazy like pulling hair. I'm just kidding!"

Cameron says it was easy for her to work alongside her former beau Justin. The 38-year-old star appreciates the fact that she was able to make a movie with the man she "loves".

"We can rise above it, Justin and I," she explained. "We had a journey together and we continue to have a journey together. I'm OK with that, he's OK with that. I love this man and I'll always love him in so many different ways. Love evolves and it's a wonderful thing to be able to share that with somebody who you really care about and be able to make a movie with."

Cameron insists her and Justin still get along swimmingly. The actress believes they make an excellent comic duo.

"We made [Bad Teacher] because we wanted people to laugh. That is such a gift that we can laugh together, and if we can share that with the world, why wouldn't you do that? I think we are kind of funny together," she gushed. (C) Cover Media
