(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Madonna will be returning to the studio next month to start work on her new album.

The star's manager Guy Oseary took to social networking site Twitter to announce the singer is ready to record new material and has already chosen which producers she will be working with.

However, Guy didn't reveal what style of music the iconic pop star will be focusing on.

Madonna is well known for her ability to transform her sound and image. She is renowned for her experimental style and surprising fans by taking a new direction.

"Madonna goes into the recording studio next month to begin work on new album there is nothing to report in regards to tour.. you guys know how this works first comes the album and next comes the she has a good idea on which producers she will be working with lots of questions about what kind of music it will be stay tuned (sic)," Guy wrote on Twitter.

Madonna's last studio album, Hard Candy, was released in 2008 and the global Sticky & Sweet Tour followed. (C) Cover Media
