(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Brooke Mueller is feeling positive and ready to move on from her marriage to Charlie Sheen.

The pair lodged separate divorce papers earlier this week to end their two-and-a-half-year union, although they cannot agree on custody for their 18-month-old twins Box and Max. Charlie wants joint physical and legal custody, but Brooke has requested primary physical custody with Charlie getting visiting rights.

Brookes mother, Moire Fiore, admits the real estate investor is keen to put her failed marriage behind her. She has revealed Brooke is keeping herself busy by exercising.

Brooke wakes up in the morning and works out, Fiore told People magazine. [She is] feeling positive about staying in the best physical shape for her twin sons Max and Bob.

Fiore also revealed Brooke celebrated Halloween last weekend with her children and made sure they had fun together.

She dressed them up as crayons and took them trick or treating in Los Angeles on Halloween, Fiore revealed.

Brooke and Charlie have been separated since Christmas last year, when they had a fight which saw Charlie arrested and eventually pleading guilty to domestic violence. He spent time in rehab as part of a plea agreement. (C) Cover Media
