1st March 2019

The title track of 'Mere Pyare Prime Minister' garnered a lot of praise and now the makers have released the second track of the album titled 'Regzaariyaan'.

It depicts the life of the children who work on the streets of Mumbai. The tune has positive vibes which is what we see despite the struggle that these children face. Song opens with a funny yet on an awareness creating note, when Kanhu gives a pack of condom to his mother, informing her that his teacher has asked him to distribute it, Anjali Patil who plays his mother smiles at her son's innocent guesture.

Kanhu with his friends also distributes these packets on the traffic signal, leaving people in utter shock and surprise. The filmmaker has aptly captured this moment on camera. The song also marks the first one sung by Shankar & Shivam Mahadevan. The music has been composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy and the lyrics penned by Gulzar Saab.

'Mere Pyare Prime Minister' is an endearing story of a young 8 year old boy named Kannu who lives with his single mother Sargam in a slum of Mumbai called Gandhi Nagar named after Mahatma Gandhi.
