Charlize Theron "really, really, really hopes" her character gets to kill Kristen Stewart's in Snow White and the Huntsmen.

The movie is based on the classic fairytale and sees Charlize play the evil Queen Ravenna, while Kristen is Snow White.

The two stars are still filming the picture, with Charlize particularly looking forward to their ultimate face-off.

"I'm still shooting [Huntsman], I'm going back in two days," she recently told MTV News. "I haven't really worked with [Kristen]. I've done some small things with her, but we're about to shoot our big showdown, and fingers crossed for me. It's the big battle. I'm just really, really, really hoping I get to kill her. That is how the story ends up, right?"

The movie won't hit screens until next year so viewers will have to wait to see what happens.

It seems unlikely that Kristen's character will meet an untimely end though, as she recently admitted she'd be open to making more Snow White movies.

The star has wrapped the Twilight franchise and while she initially felt unsure about taking on another set of films she has really enjoyed portraying her new character.

"Oh, man, to be totally candid and honest with you, when I first signed on to this thing, the idea of doing another franchise was like, 'Wow, [we'll] cross that bridge when it comes.' It was something so far outside my realm of thinking," she has previously explained.

"But I've got stars in my eyes. I'm literally over the moon about what I'm doing right now."
