(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Cheryl Cole insists she wasn't intimidated at the recent Cannes International Film Festival.

All eyes were on the star when she attended the prestigious event earlier this month. She knew her fashion choices were going to be scrutinised but is adamant the pressure didn't get to her.

In an interview with UK publication OK! magazine, the singer said she has had scarier moments on the red carpet.

"It's not so bad because I'm not from that world. I'm not an actress, so it's not as intimidating for me this time around. It's not like it's a music awards ceremony or anything like that," she shared.

Cheryl also revealed which red carpet events are the most fun for her. She loves attending premieres in London because she gets to meet so many fans.

"Probably Leicester Square. You can be signing constantly, but it's a lovely atmosphere," the 27-year-old dished. (C) Cover Media
