Recently, Asin received one of the best compliments ever. Celebrated writer Chetan Bhagat, who is referred by New York Times as 'the biggest selling English language novelist in India's history', is all praises for the actress.
'So Housefull 2 releasing this Friday. Well, the reason to watch it is this. Wish she (Asin) did more Hindi films,' tweeted Chetan Bhagat, who also put out a beautiful picture of the actress on his microblogging page.
Asin, who hails from Kerala, made it big in Tollywood and Kollywood first, before she stepped into Bollywood with Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini, directed by South Indian filmmaker A R Murugadoss.
Since then, she has been climbing high on the ladder of fame in the Hindi film industry, sharing the screen space with top stars of Bollywood. At the same time, Asin also maintained that she would love to do southern films and is waiting for the right opportunity.
