The tension between Desi Girls, Chitrangada Singh and Deepika Padukone continues to grow with the two refusing to acknowledge each other at a recent event.

‘Two actresses can never get along well’- this saying comes true yet again with the growing tension between Deepika and Chitrangada on the sets of Rohit Dhawan’s upcoming comedy flick ‘Desi Boyz’. The brewing tension between the two was much more visible in a recent event when the movie’s main star cast was shooting for the making of the film at the Filmistan Studios.

According to an eyewitness, “On Tuesday, the entire cast of the film was shooting the 'making of the film' section at Filmistan Studios, Goregaon. Chitrangda and Deepika were seen avoiding each other like plague. Akshay and John who have tried several times to get the girls talking gave their final shot. ”

“The film promotions are still pending and they did not want the discomfort between the two actresses to show in front of the media. Akshay, known for his sense of humour, started cracking jokes. John too tried his best. They tried their best for about half an hour, after which even they gave up,” added the eye witness.

Apparently it was evident from the very first schedule of the film in London that started in April that the leading ladies of the film did not get along too well. And this cold war seems to have continued even after the shooting of the film was over. Director Rohit Dhawan too tried his best to intervene and settle the matter but failed to do so.

Seems like another cat fight is on its way…
