(Cover) - EN Star Style - Colin Firth is reportedly taking a suitcase full of facial products with him to the Oscars.

The 50-year-old British actor is nominated in the best actor category at this Sundays prestigious Academy Awards movie ceremony, which will take place at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood.

Colin is tipped for the prize following his outstanding portrayal of King George VI in The Kings Speech, which has already won him a Golden Globe Award and a BAFTA.

As a hotly tipped prize winner, the handsome star wants to look is best on the night, and has reportedly invested in a variety of beauty products to allow him to look well groomed at the ceremony. He is also believed to have had beauty treatments in preparation to make sure he glows when he hits the limelight.

Colin had a suitcase full of facial products and a three-hour facial with top beautician Linda Meredith, as well as an exfoliation oxygen treatment, gel mask and intensive oil treatment to soften and revive his skin, a source told British newspaper The Daily Star.

Naturally all of Hollywoods most beautiful leading ladies have also been gearing up for the night. According to celebrity nutritionist Keri Glassman, one of the most common ways actresses prepare for the ceremony is with a cleansing diet.

With only days to spare, stars need to up the powerful cleansing and antimicrobial foods. Most of the women are just eating artichokes, strawberries and honey, she told the publication. (C) Cover Media
