David Arquette: Coco disapproves of DWTS judges

11th October 2011

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - David Arquette's daughter Coco doesn't like it when the Dancing with the Stars judges have their "cranky pants on".

David is starring in the popular ABC show with professional dance partner Kym Johnson.

The American actor has a loyal supporter in his seven-year-old daughter Coco. The youngster attends the shows with mother Courteney Cox-Arquette every week.

David has revealed his daughter doesn't approve of the judges negative comments.

"She says sometimes the judges have on their cranky pants," he told People. "She says, 'Let's hope they have on their happy pants.'"

David is a doting father. The 40-year-old star showed off a tattoo he got in Coco's honour on last night's show. The body art reads I love mom and dad,' and is dedicated to the first note Coco wrote to her parents. David avoids showing it off, which is why some people noticed it for the first time while he was dancing on Monday.

"I got it when Coco was about five," he explained before adding that he doesn't "wear too many sleeveless things."

David and Kym danced the Paso Doble on Monday night's Hollywood-themed show.

The judges praised the pair for their control and attitude.

"I love the way you crack your whip!" Bruno Tonioli said of Arquette's Indiana Jones outfit. "Like an action hero! Ready to take us into a wild ride!"

The couple received 23 out of 30 for their routine and are currently fifth on the leader board. Ricki Lake and her professional partner Derek Hough stunned the judges with their routine and went straight to the top of the pile after scoring an impressive 29 out of 30.

Cher was also in last night's audience. The music legend cried while watching son Chaz Bono perform the Paso Doble with professional partner Lacey Schwimmer. (C) Cover Media
