Bollywood's renowned film-maker David Dhawan is all set to remake the classic comedy flick 'Chashme Buddoor' in his own impeccable style. He has some grand plans for the remake. The Director is planning to get some of the most adorable couples of Indian cinema, back on-screen.
The first couple finalized and confirmed to be on board, is Juhi Chawla and Rishi Kapoor. Both the stars share a sweet chemistry on-screen, which will be next seen in David Dhawan's version of 'Chashme Buddoor'. David himself confirmed that he is bringing Rishi and Juhi back together on-screen. Another evergreen couple that David Dhawan plans to rope in is Deepti Naval and Farooque Sheikh, the original stars of 'Chashme Buddoor'. Reportedly, David wants them to be in the remake of their cult film. If they agree to star in the film, it would be treat for fans to see some of the finest actors of the industry on-screen once again.
Incidentally, Deepti Naval and Farooque Sheikh are both making an appearance in Hema Malini's self produced and directored film 'Tell me O Kkhuda'. The pair who will be seen on-screen after 26 long years, will play the surrogate parents to Esha Deol, the main lead in the film.
