Makers of 'PK' can finally heave a sigh of relief. Delhi Court on Wednesday dismissed the PIL filed against the them, stating that the film was not offensive.

A division bench of Justice R.S. Endlaw and Chief Justice G. Rohini refused to ban the film for making derogatory remarks against Hindu deities shown in the movie.

They said, "What was wrong in the movie? We don't find anything offensive in it. We don't find any substance in the plea."

Gautam, who filed the PIL against them argued with the court on their given verdict. A similar case was put forth to the Supreme Court, which was also rejected, giving the film a clean chit.
