(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Demi Lovato will not be leaving her treatment centre in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Recent reports had suggested the Disney star was set to depart the treatment clinic in Chicago in the near future. However, her representative has quelled those notions instead insisting the 18-year-old will leave only when fully recovered.

"Recent reports stating that Demi Lovato will be out of treatment by Thanksgiving are false. While she would, of course, love to be home for the holidays, she remains committed first and foremost to her treatment," the spokesperson revealed to USMagazine.com.

Demi has made tremendous progress to date, but understands that she has more work to do.

The Disney star cut short her tour with the Jonas Brothers in order to check into the treatment facility for help with emotional and physical issues. She left behind her sitcom, Sonny with a Chance, which Disney have confirmed they will continue filming without her. (C) Cover Media
