(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Dianna Agron Googled her boyfriend Alex Pettyfer before meeting him.

The 24-year-old actress is best known for her portrayal of high school cheerleader Quinn Fabray in American series Glee. She can be seen on the big screen in I Am Number Four which was released in America yesterday - alongside her now-boyfriend Alex Pettyfer.

The star has revealed she researched her co-star prior to meeting him to see if she could gauge his personality.

Sometimes as an actor, you Google somebody because thats the only way to kind of [get to know them]. Hes so serious in all of his photos, she told Access Hollywood.

Yeah, [I Googled him] before I met him just to make some judgments that may or may not be true. So, I saw all of these very serious photos and I thought, Oh God, please.

Dianna admits she ended up falling for the 20-year-old star despite her initial reservations. She believes it was his sense of humour that eventually won her over.
