Diddy had a health scare in the early hours of this morning and was rushed to hospital.
TMZ reports that the rapper suffered an "extreme migraine" after returning home from a post-Grammy party.
Diddy, real name Sean Combs, had hosted a bash at the Playboy Mansion but became ill soon after he left.
The 42-year-old was rushed to the emergency room at UCLA hospital when his entourage got concerned about his health.
A source told the site that Diddy's migraine didn't have anything to do with what "went down" at Hugh Hefner's lavish estate.
Diddy was apparently treated at the medical centre and released. He is said to be feeling a lot better now.
The music star led tributes at the party to Whitney Houston who died on Saturday.
"I was in a state of shock," the performer said on hearing the sad news. "Whitney Houston, simply put, had the greatest voice of the world. Whenever you saw Whitney she hit you with that beautiful smile."
"Hearing her sing was like listening to magic. We lost an angel, and any time we think of Whitney, we have to remember the positivity she gave us when she performed, she performed 5,000%."
