Director Raghava Lawrence disassociates himself from 'Laxmmi Bomb'

While May 18, 2019 marked joyous atmosphere among the Akshay Kumar fans, May 19 got them worried. 

Khildai Kumar announced his next titled 'Laxmmi Bomb' starring Kiara Advani which is a remake of Tamil film 'Kanchana'. Sharing the poster on his social media handle Akki wrote, "Bringing you one bomb of a story,#LaxmmiBomb starring @Advani_Kiara & yours truly!Bursting in cinemas on 5th June,2020💥

Unfortunately, this didn't go down well with the film's director Raghava who has also directed the original film. According to him, the poster was shared without his consent and he was dissatisfied with its design as also. 

The director took to Twitter to announce his disassociation with this project. In revealed that this gesture of the makers made him feel disrespected and disappointed. 

His Twitter post reads-
