(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Eminem says he doesnt allow people to curse in his home.
The 37-year-old rapper is renowned for his foul-mouthed lyrics, but insists his parental responsibilities mean he does not allow profanity at his house.
He refuses to let his musical persona interfere with his home life and the three girls he raises, along with his half-brother Nathan.
"Profanity around my house? No," he tells interviewer Anderson Cooper in an interview with US talk show 60 Minutes set to air on Sunday.
"I'm not saying theres not glimpses of me in the music, [that] there's not truth in... things that I say. But this is music, this is my art.
"I'm a parent. I have daughters. I mean, how would I really sound, as a person... walking around my house [saying], 'B***h, pick this up,' you know what I mean? I dont cuss."
Eminem has a 14-year-old daughter, Hailie, with ex-wife Kim Scott. He also raises Lainey, the daughter of his former sister-in-law, and Whitney, Kims daughter from another relationship. He also acts as legal guardian to Nathan.
The Detroit-born rapper, real name Marshall Mathers, also revealed he is irritated when people claim the rhyming process can be limited by certain words.
"People say that the word orange doesn't rhyme with anything and that kind of p****s me off," he added. "I can think of a lot of things that rhyme with orange." (C) Cover Media
