(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Emma Roberts is "excited" to be entering university this fall and can't wait to "explore" higher education.

The 20-year-old actress will be attending esteemed university Sarah Lawrence in New York state. Emma is thrilled to begin her first semester.

"I'm excited!" Emma told Us Weekly at the Missoni for Target Pop-Up Store Launch in New York City on Wednesday.

The actress has a lot on her plate personally and professionally. She is dating former Glee actor Chord Overstreet and is constantly working on acting projects. Although higher education is not necessarily an easy pursuit, Emma is elated to spend time in a new environment.

"I've never been to college and I just wanted to get away from everything for a while and try something new, explore some other stuff," Emma explained.

Emma is interested in a lot of subjects and is eager to learn as much as she can. While studying, she is not sure whether or not she wants to give up on her acting career.

"[I'm looking forward to] taking a psychology class," Emma said. "I think I'll just see what happens [with acting]." (C) Cover Media
