The director Karunakaran of 'Endukante Premanta' who is ready with the final copy of the film, will screen it first for his guru Kathir, who is a popular director in the Tamil film industry.

Karunakaran was aprenticed under Kathir, a director popular for making love stories such as 'Idhayam', 'Kadhal Desam' and 'Kadhal Virus', before he ventured as an independent director in Tollywood with 'Tholi Prema'.

Since then, director Karunakaran treats Kathir as his guru and all his movies are first screened for him before they are shown to others. And in line with the trend, 'Endukante Premanta' too will first be screened for Kathir like always.

When asked, Karunakaran said, "Kathir taught me cinema. He is more than a mentor to me." The movie starring Ram and Tamannaah in the lead roles will hit the screen soon and simultaneously 'Endukante Premanta' will be released in Tamil as well titled 'Yen Endral Kadhal Enben'
