(Cover) - EN Star Style - A top celebrity trainer has revealed the secrets to achieving Eva Longoria's enviably toned arms.

The 36-year-old star is famed for her gorgeous looks and naturally honed figure, and was recently voted the star with the best arms in US Weekly's 2nd Annual Gold's Gym Hollywood's Hottest Bodies Awards.

Eva keeps in shape by doing yoga, cardio circuits and strength training. She is regularly spotted donning attire that shows off her petite curves to perfection, and now celebrity fitness guru Ramona Braganza has listed her secrets to re-creating Eva's sculpted arms at home.

Romano, who has worked with Halle Berry and Jessica Alba, says diet is just as important as exercise when it comes to achieving the perfect arms.

"When trying to get lean, toned arms, it's not just about training - you also need to fuel your body before and after a workout," she told US weekly. "Never train on an empty stomach, because you won't have the energy you need to train hard. Eat within the hour after your workout to give your body the materials it needs to build shapely, sexy muscles."

To maximize your workout, Ramona recommends doing three exercises in a row. She advises trying bicep curls and dumbbell punches as a way to tackle problem areas.
