If Shahrukh, Aamir and Imran Khan celebrated Eid yesterday with panache and Sanjay Dutt threw an Iftaari party for CINTA members on the eve of Eid, today brought in the most loved festival of Bollywood, Ganesh Chaturthi. Stars like Govinda, Jacky Shroff, Jeetendra, Bappi Lahiri, Nana Patekar, Rakhi Sawant and Sambhavana Seth have invited Ganeshji to their abode and are bringing in the festival with prayers, sweets and celebrations.

Like every year, Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty too have brought in Ganpatiji to their houses and asking for good wishes for their personal and professional lives. While Shilpa keeps Ganeshji for three days, Akshay will have the visarjan after five days, like last year.

These festivals have also seen many Bollywood releases like Salman Khan’s ‘Bodyguard’, ‘Bol’, ‘Mummy Punjabi’ which are released and will bask in the celebrations. The saying is that films released during festivals garner immense profits for the makers. Hope that Ganeshji brings in prosperity to Bollywood and the stars.
