One last song which was waiting to be shot is currently being recorded at a studio in Chennai, for Karthik Sivakumar's forthcoming film 'Alex Pandian' directed by Suraj. 

With this, shooting for the movie will be completed, after which the post production work will start and will go on for a month.

"The film will hit the screens in October", say sources.

"The cast and crew of Alex Pandian were waiting for more than a month to shoot a folk song. Since, the film's leading lady, Anushka Shetty was caught-up in Georgia with Selvaraghavan's film, 'Irandam Ulagam'", add sources.

"Now that Anushka is back, the song, composed by Devi Sri Prasad, is being shot in a full swing. It will be one of the major highlights of the movie".
