The Hollywood star has been dating the Italian television presenter for around a year. There have been almost constant rumours the pair are about to tie the knot, but they are happy with the way their relationship is at the moment.

They enjoy spending time together and dont let the speculation affect them, and were spotted enjoying a cosy meal out recently.

Elisabettas good friend, TV personality Felice Rusconi, also joined them on their dinner date and witnessed the romantic display.

The 32-year-old opened up about her romance with George earlier this year, revealing he is a supportive and loyal boyfriend. Although the brunette admitted she sometimes feels insecure in the relationship, she also declared George to be better than plastic surgery because he makes her feel like she is 18 again.
