Director Gautham Vasudev Menon will team up with Jiiva for a thriller ‘Nithya’, which is to be simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil. Oscar- winning musician A R Rahman is likely to be the music director of this film, which is also said to be filled with romance.

According to sources, Gautham Menon's much- awaited ‘Yohan Adhyayam Ondru’ with Vijay is likely to begin after the completion of ‘Nithya’. The film will be produced by RS Infotainment, which made ‘VTV’ and ‘Ko’.

The buzz is that Tollywood's latest sensation Samantha is likely to be the heroine. The film will be released in 2012. “ ‘Nithya’ requires Jiiva to play a college student and he is under rigorous workouts,” sources say.

They add: “Gautham penned the script of ‘Nithya’ at the time of doing ‘Vinnai Thandi Varuvaya’ (Ye Maya Chesave) itself but he patiently waited and shaped it up by infusing more and more new elements to enthrall the audience.’
