Giuliana Rancic's relationship with her husband Bill is "stronger" than ever.

The E! News television host underwent a double mastectomy last month.

In her recovery from the breast cancer operation Giuliana has been reflective about how much her loved ones mean to her.

"Mine and Bill's marriage has gotten even stronger this year," Giuliana told In Touch magazine. "I have an amazing husband, a wonderful family. I am very lucky."

Giuliana is feeling fantastic currently. The star credits her good health to the benefits of remaining optimistic.

"I have a better attitude than I thought I did," she explained. "The fact that I could look at the positive in my life when a lot of bad was happening was great."

Giuliana is so sanguine right now that she is intent on finally facing one of her biggest fears.

"Giuliana is scared of skiing, but I'm taking her," Giuliana's husband Bill explained to the magazine. "She needs to know how, because our future children are going to learn to ski."
