Actor Dhanush turns 28 today. He is flooded with good wishes pouring from his fans and well-wishers on this day. It has been a fantastic 2011 for the actor. He won the National award for best actor for his role in 'Aadukalam' and happy at his father-in-law Rajinikanth recovered well from ill health and returned to Chennai.

Meanwhile, the actor is working with his elder brother and director Selvaraghavan for 'Irandaam Ulagam', which is taking shape in a brisk phase. He will also shoot a film to be directed by wife Aishwarya. The latest buzz is that Amala Paul has been assigned to play Dhanush's heroine in the movie to be directed by his wife.
