Tarun Chandra was an ardent fan of films from his childhood. As he grew up, his interest in becoming a hero deveoped. From paltry roles to a hero's spot, he got a few offers but nothing worked out. “Once I get the offers I study that particular role and try to incorporate new elements to lift the role and the film,” says Tarun.

As of now, he is the 'Love Guru' in his friend circle. Tarun is one of the few artists who is different when he moves out from the house.
