Bollywood is a place where no enmity or friendship is permanent. And yet another relationship to take the beating is that of Karan Johar and Imran Khan.
The two shared a very warm and friendly relationship. Imran was once KJo's blue-eyed boy as three Karan Johar's productions - 'I Hate Luv Storys', 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' and 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein' starred him in lead.
But we hear that after the debacle of the last, the relationship between them soured.
There was reportedly a showdown between them post the release of the film that was directed by Punit Malhotra. Rumor has it that Imran even offered to return the pay cheque that he got for the film.
The relationship went for a toss further when he opted out of KJo's next production 'Bhavesh Joshi' after which he was also replaced in his director-friend Shakun Batra's next as well.
Karan has reportedly also ceased social ties with Imran. He neither wished him on the news of his wife's pregnancy nor did he attend the baby shower.
"Karan gave me a hit when I needed it the most. We made three films together which are very close to my heart. However, currently we are not working on anything but I still hold the banner in the highest esteem," said Imran.
