The media is known to be one of the most important aspects of a celebrity's life, yet one cannot exist without the other. 

But does that justify the intrusion of every detail of a celebrity's private life? 

Late on Monday night things took an ugly turn when Arjun Rampal, his wife Mehr Jesia and their friend Sussanne Khan attended a special screening of a Hollywood movie.

Minutes after leaving the premises a car started chasing them at break-neck speed with the paparazzi trying to snap a picture of the trio.

The chase continued for a while, compelling Arjun to halt his car abruptly in order to speak to them. 

Despite his efforts, the chasing car fled past Arjun, almost injuring him.
