Just recently it was reported that how the complete schedule of thrforthcoming film ‘Race 2’ had gone topsy-turvy, after Deepika Padukone gave her dates of ‘Race 2’ for Karan Johar’s next production ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewan’ with Ranbir Kapoor. The filmmakers were so adamant on having Deepika on board that they reshuffled the whole schedule of the film just to adjust Deepika but at the cost of losing out on Sonakshi.

Sonakshi Sinha was signed on to star in the film but backed out as the new schedule didn’t match her date. According to the sources, she had no time to spare due to her multiple projects that were lined up further. She had proposed her dictate to the makers of the film and had asked them to get back to the original schedule, if not she dared to walk out.

And as fate would have it, the producers and directors couldn’t match up Sonakshi’s dates to their schedule and immediately after her exit from the film, they signed Sri Lankan Beauty Jacqueline Fernandez for her part. Jacqueline too accepted the meaty role quickly.

Well all we can say is, one’s loss is other’s gain.
