(Cover) - EN Star Style - James Franco has turned fashion photographer for the July 2011 edition of Elle magazine.

The actor shot his close friend, super model Agyness Deyn, in a stunning editorial for the fashion-led publication.

Inspired by James Dean movie Rebel Without A Cause, the black and white pictures show the British beauty styled in a number of androgynous looks.

Agyness looks surprisingly similar to the tragic Hollywood icon in jeans, white t-shirts and a leather jacket as she poses against a Los Angeles backdrop.

Already a critically acclaimed actor, film producer and director, James impressed with his photographic talent. The 33-year-old is renowned for his creative talents and also paints, writes and appears as a performance artist.

"As everyone knows, James has been exploring different types of art forms lately from acting to hosting [the Academy Awards] to book writing to directing and school, and photography was another project he was working on as something for the Venice Biennele so we decided to collaborate with him," Joe Zee, creative director, told WWD.

James is also set to exhibit a body of James Dean inspired artwork in Venice later this year. (C) Cover Media
