Jason Segel has spoken out about his fledgling relationship with actress Michelle Williams.

The couple have been seen out together a lot recently and The Muppets star confirmed that he is thrilled to be with the blonde beauty.

Speaking to Extra TV, Jason was very coy about his romance.

"I think we would just very much like to be happy," he told the show. "That's all I'm going to say about it."

His Five-Year Engagement co-star Emily Blunt chipped in about how much the relationship is making the comedic star grow.

"He's a man-boy!" Emily laughed. "He used to be a boy-boy and now he's a man- boy."

"I think I might even be becoming a man-man potentially!" Jason quipped.

Jason was recently seen holding his cell phone that had pictures of Michelle taped on the back with the phrase "I love you" written around it.

The 32-year-old said he co-wrote the upcoming film, about a couple who have tribulations on the way to the altar, with Emily in mind.

"You want it to feel organic and you want it to feel like you're actually friends on screen," he said. "Emily was my friend and she's like the best actress in the world."
