Jennifer is a firm believer in following a simple cosmetics regime, and insists that once you have discovered a few key products it is best to stick with them.

Im a big believer in the basics. Less is more, she told Allure.

The star tries to avoid using any products which contain harsh chemicals, as she believes these can be harmful to the skin. She also makes sure she gets plenty of beauty sleep and protects herself from the suns harmful rays.

I use a very mild make-up remover and a very basic sunscreen-moisturiser combo, and I try to get lots of sleep, she added.

Despite being considered one of the most gorgeous women in the world, Jennifer is adamant that looks arent really significant. For her, it is far more important to be a good human being.
