(Cover) - EN Star Style - Paramedics were reportedly sent to Jennifer Lopezs dressing room at the Grammy Awards after she accidentally punctured herself with her Christian Louboutin shoes.

The 41-year-old took to the stage at Sunday nights prestigious music ceremony with husband Marc Anthony to present the record of the year gong, although many were unaware of the drama she had gone through beforehand.

Jennifer was looking stunning in a mirrored Emilio Pucci mini dress teamed with spiky Christian Louboutin heels, but a blunder meant the gorgeous star ended up piercing herself in the left ankle with the killer heels.

"Paramedics got a frantic call to rush to JLo's dressing room," a source from ceremony venue Staples Center in Los Angeles told RadarOnline.com.

"Her stylist was freaking out because Jennifer accidentally punctured herself with one of the many spikes on her shoes. It was a small puncture, but the blood wouldn't stop and J-Lo still had to present an award."

Fortunately any major disasters were averted as antiseptic and a Band-Aid were applied, leaving Jennifer as good as new. The beautiful singer went on to make many of the best-dressed compilation lists of the night. (C) Cover Media
