(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jerry OConnell wishes there was a pre-military school he could send one of his daughters to as she is so naughty.

The American actor and his wife Rebecca Romijn have two-year-old twin girls Dolly and Charlie. Each has their own distinct personality, with Jerry admitting one is easier to handle than her sister. He refused to reveal which tot is the cheekier, adding he had hoped starting at school would help calm her down but it doesnt seem to be the case.

My wife went to pick them up and she couldnt help but peek through the window," he explained. "She said one was doing very well and one wasnt listening. Honestly if there was a pre-military school, I would send her immediately!"

Jerry jokingly refers to his naughty daughter as the bad one, explaining she loves throwing tantrums in public. The little girl cant stand it if she doesnt get what she wants, and is always embarrassing her father when they go out together.

When she wants something and I dont give it to her, she lies down on the ground and does some weird protest, he told US Magazine. Its like a hippie protest. Its like a sit in.

Both kids agree on one thing they hate having their hair styled. Jerry admits part of the problem is he doesnt really know what hes doing, which only makes matters worse.

It gets so bad Jerry now refuses to brush their locks in public, no matter how messy they get.

I cant comb their hair. Its a big protest. I dont have sisters. I have never dealt with women. I am not a hairstylist. I have never dealt with these issues. I have to hold them down. They just hate it, he revealed.
