(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jessica Alba says that she will "truly be a mom" when she gives birth to her second child later this year.

The 30-year-old who is already mother to Honor Marie, three, said that parenting one child is nothing compared to what it will be like with two.

Speaking to People magazine, the expectant actress said she is excited about her new arrival but knows it will get a lot busier around her home.

"It feels like you're really officially, really truly a mom when you have two kids," she explained. "One kid you're a mom for sure but two takes it to another level."

Jessica said that it has been a "really exciting and fun time" as she gets the nursery ready and is re-finishing second hand furniture for the baby's room.

"I use stains and paints that are eco-friendly and safe," she explained but added that her husband Cash Warren was not as enthusiastic about fixing up the vintage furniture but was helping out anyway.

"He's been very agreeable since I've been pregnant," the Spy Kids star said with a grin.

Jessica is taking her love of eco-friendly baby products into a new venture and has started up The Honest Company which will launch in a few months.

"Hopefully other parents love it as much as I do. I put my heart into it," she said of her new business. (C) Cover Media
