(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jessica Alba has admitted she is so accident prone she avoids doing sport.

The 29-year-old actress has enjoyed a hugely successful Hollywood career, and has displayed her athletic prowess in movies such as dance film Honey and action blockbusters Fantastic Four and Sin City.

Despite her toned appearance, the star doesnt actually involve herself in too much physical activity because shes so clumsy she often takes a tumble while running.

"I do a little jog but I'm so accident prone so I don't do too much," she admitted.

The gorgeous star went on to confess it isnt just running which puts her at risk of falling. Despite regularly wearing killer heels to match the stunning gowns she dons for red carpet events, Jessica often worries her sense of balance will fail her and shell trip up.

"Even just walking wearing heels I have to be extra careful!" she laughed. (C) Cover Media
