(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Joss Stone has spoken out about the recent plot to kidnap her calling the incident "a little bit crazy".

The 24-year-old was left shocked when two men were arrested near her home last month for allegedly plotting to kidnap and kill her.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the British singer said that she was fine and trying to stay positive about the situation.

"People are mental, man. But it's alright. This is another story I can add to my list of stories. It makes my life so much more interesting," she told the showbiz programme.

"You can't fret about things that didn't happen, it just seems a bit silly."

Joss even went so far as to joke that she "might take it as a compliment" but said she was still figuring it all out.

The alleged assailants were arrested at her home in England and were reportedly carrying maps of Joss's property and swords.

But it has not been all bad for Joss who also reminisced about being one of the lucky few who attended the Royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge back in April.

"It was lovely, I just went to the church, it was just the most amazing wedding I've ever been to," she gushed.

Joss is releasing her new album LP1 later this month and says the music is more "soulful" and "more rocky" than what she has done before. (C) Cover Media
