Poonam Kaur who did the female lead role in the film Nenjirukkum Varai is donning the heroine role in this film. Pradharaj, Ajay, Harris and Madhu are the new faces sharing the screen with Sharan. 'Pithamagan' Mahadevan is donning the villain role while Devan dons the role of an advocate. Bose Venkat is donning the role of a police officer. Sridhar is handling the camera while A R Rahman assistant Guru Dev composes the music. Navpal who had directed Hindi films is directing this film.
