(Cover) - EN Star Style - Karen Gillan has revealed her method for finding a unique outfit.

The 23-year-old Scottish actress is best known for her portrayal of Amy Pond in British science fiction series Doctor Who.

Karen modelled in the past, and her kooky dress sense means she often appears in the best-dressed lists of fashion magazines.

The star admits there is a great deal of planning behind her unique retro-inspired aesthetic, and she usually goes to Londons trendy Brick Lane collecting individual items from all the various thrift stores.

I start at the top and work my way through all the vintage shops. By the end Ive got a complete outfit, she told ES magazine.

Karen loves nothing more than donning an old-fashioned frock to make her feel glamorous. She can spend hours roaming her favourite London boutiques hunting out the perfect garments.
