Karthik Sivakumar is currently camping in Hyderabad, shooting for his bilingual, titled 'Shakuni' in Telugu and 'Saguni' in Tamil. The climax scene is being shot at present, circles close to the unit say.

'Karthik, heorine of the film Pranitha and other important members of the cast and crew are in the capital city of Hyderabad. Director Shankar Dayal is busy giving final touches to the shoot,' they say.

A political satire, 'Shakuni' will be simultaneously released in Telugu and Tamil during the first quarter of 2012. 'It is an action packed thriller loaded with all commercial ingredients,' says the director.

He adds: 'I am happy that my first film is with an actor like Karthik. He is a directors' favourite actor  who is ready to go to an extent to get his act right.'
