As they say, you always have to pay a price to enjoy something worthy. This time, the price for togetherness is astronomical for love birds Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor.

The two stars who have reportedly moved in a sea facing penthouse at Carter Road in Bandra (W) supposedly will be shelling out Rs.15 lakhs per month as the rent for their apartment.

Till now, Ranbir stayed with his parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh at their family's ancestral bungalow at Pali Hill. But it will be the first time in his life, that he will be paying a rent for his stay in Mumbai.

Though they have been spotted at the penthouse, they have not completely shifted there. They will do so by next week and they have apparently also planned a big house warming party for the industry friends.
